Subject: [PATCH] karabiner: add Hyper+M/Shift+Hyper+M for Mail, restructure
 Hyper+T/Shift+Hyper+T for Todoist

- Hyper+M: opens or focuses native Mail.app
- Shift+Hyper+M: opens Gmail in Helium (floating window)
- Hyper+T: opens or focuses native Todoist.app
- Shift+Hyper+T: opens Todoist web (Today view) in Helium
